Review summary
Based on recent reviews
Powered by AI
Yotel Boston is favored for its convenient Seaport location, within walking distance of downtown and close to many restaurants, as well as transport links at South Station. Guests appreciate the modern design and clean rooms, with some enjoying corner rooms on higher floors offering nice views. The bar is well-equipped, though some find the beer prices a bit high. While some guests have noted that the rooms are compact, the hotel's proximity to attractions and amenities like Trader Joe's and nearby parking garages makes it a popular choice.

Acceptable, but small rooms and billing issues

The location was good and convenient.
I got charged for items not on my invoice. I now have to waste my time resolving it with the hotel. The billing practice is shady. While small, the room is well-organized.

compact living, prime location

silverline stop smartbed system on-site robot
the silverline stop outside the hotel made airport transfers simple. water stations on each floor were a great touch, specially during summer. i liked the smartbed system in my room, that was really forward thinking. the crew robot that delivers items to your door is amusing.
the room felt quite small, it could be restrictive if traveling with much luggage.
Rooms
8/10
my room had adjustable mood lighting around the tv, i liked that detail. the bathroom featured a rainfall shower and ample counter space, i found that useful. the air conditioning worked very efficiently.
Dining
9/10
while i did not eat at the restaurant, i noticed it seemed consistently busy. a variety of coffee shops are within a ten minute walk of the hotel. a supermarket is also right next door, so that is a useful feature.
Location
10/10
the location is convenient for accessing the waterfront and cruises, this location is helpful. several sightseeing bus stops are within walking distance, that's a plus. quincy market and the aquarium are both nearby, too.

a fairly STANDARD stay

convenient location quiet room small room insufficient reading
i found the location very convenient. many restaurants and services were close by, right in the heart of the seaport area. the room was clean. IT was also very quiet.
THE room was small, i think that there wasn't a decent chair. also there was no sufficient reading light. there was no desk. only a drawer existed, and it was too small even for a laptop
